****Long Term Rental Needed for July ****

I am looking for a long term rental in the SRB area. I have been renting for two years in Windswept Estates so I have a good rental history with my current landlord. Our lease has expired and we are now looking to move in July. We would like a 3/4 bedroom, 2+ bath, a garage is a MUST!! We would prefer to stay under $1,800/m. I would love to find a home on 30-A (if possible). It needs to be upscaled.....no white appliances!!!! We prefer granite, hardwood, travertine, stainless, etc. I want to give my current landlord a 30 days so I need to find something this week in order to move by July. We are willing to expand our search as far as Rosemary if need be but would love to find a place by Butler since my daughter goes there.
