Long term rental Pt. Washington

I'm new to the site, but I've heard great things about it. So, I'm going to try and post my house for rent on here and see what I get.
4 br/3 ba, 2 rooms are master suites, office with built-in desk, a great set up for someone with home business, a wonderful fence in backyard, Pets ok, house is on a dead end road and traffic is light, great place if you have kids.
$2500 a month + deposit.

If I don't rent the house before I move, does any one know of any good companies that can do the rental/sell of my house? I would hate to try to rent my house all the way up in Arkansas! Thanks.

We advertised our long-term rental in the Walton Sun. Some people on this board recommended to try there.
Was rented to the first caller and they didn't even get inside. Good location and right price I guess. Fit the bill for them anyway! :clap_1:

Thanks Rita. We aready have the house in the Walton Sun and Daily News. If I don't rent it myself in the next few weeks before I move, I'm going to need a company that can manage my house on a long term rental agreement. Does anyone have a company in mind? I would like some real estate company, so I can also put it on the market for sell if I can't get the house rented first.
