We are professional, seniors still working, looking for a long term rental, preferably 1 year... less or around $1,200-$1,300 so we can save even more for a down payment on a home. A one bedroom is fine if the bedroom is spacious.
A small cottage would be great! Hope to find a rental that is at least 950-1,000 sq. feet or larger. We live in Panama City Beach now.
Our lease is up April 30th, 2017. We need to move May 1st, 2017.
We don't party, drink, do drugs, smoke or own a pet! We like quiet and are absolutely the "picture perfect" tenant!
