Hello everyone, my wife and I will be relocating South Walton as early as 2/19 and we are looking for an unfurnished unit with option for 1 year lease. We do not smoke and we have no pets. We will be in the area Sat, Sun, Mon and maybe Tue on a house hunting trip. Our price range is $800 to $1000 per month. We would prefer to find a unit around Dear Lake and eastward as I will be commuting to Panama City Beach for work. I have to secure a place this weekend so if you or someone you know has a unit for rent please let me know. Thanks!

I have a 1 bedroom furnished Carriage House, but could move out some furniture if needed. It has a washer/dryer in garage and you can park 1 car there. It is located 1 lot out of Seaside. $1050.
