You're gonna want to do 6 months and a day to avoid short term rental tax. Check out the listings on here, just make sure to glance through the thread a lot are taken. Use direct contact methods like phone or email as many listers don't check back to see if someone's interested in the thread. Good luck and

I would also like to suggest looking at the date of the original posting would be helpful. SoWal doesn't allow deletion of posts/threads. I once had a 2 bed LTR that kept getting replies for about 2 years after the posting. If the posting is more than a few months old, you likely will not hear from the landlord/leasing agent.
