I am waiting for my condo to be completed in PCB and am looking for a rental in the SoWal or surrounding area. It is scheduled to be completed late August, but because they are prone to delays, I need something open-ended if at all possible.
-small rental or room for rent
-minimum of 3mo with possible one or two month extension
-24 male, single, non-smoker, no pets, clean, quiet
-need internet access for job (IT Manager for South Walton Fire District)
I need something within the next couple of weeks, so the sooner the better.
