My wife and I are looking for a 6 month rental in the Santa Rosa Beach area from approx. March 1-August 31st. We are flexible with dates. We are from the West Coast, but have recently been staying family in the area with our 7 month year old son due to COVID restrictions and child care limitations where we are from. Unsurprisingly, we absolutely love it here, and are considering moving full-time. Before we make that decision, we are looking to test it out for the next 6mo.
It is us 3 and our three very friendly 8-9yo dogs (45lb, 10lb, 10lb). No major requests in terms of Bd/Bth, but looking for an entire place (house/condo/apt...) with AC, Kitchen, Laundry, and WiFi. Negotiable in terms of Rent, but looking for something below $1,900/mo.
