Hi, I am having a hard time finding a 2 or 3 bedroom for rent anywhere around Santa Rosa Beach. Please let me know if you have a rental that would be available! We are looking for a year lease for under $3,000-$3500/month. My roommate does have a black lab so hoping for something pet friendly (she has been to obedience training and is a very well-behaved dog). We can both provide references or anything else needed to secure a spot.
