Hello! Local mom and daughter seeking 7 month lease on a 1 bedroom carriage house or above garage apt to rent from June 1- December 31 while we build our home in SRB.

We also have 1 amazing (and tiny) dog who is potty trained.

We’re quiet, clean and no drama! We also have an RV we could live in if someone has a nice spot, no public parks please.
