Wanted Looking For Apartment To Rent During Winter

I am a 22 year old male looking to rent an apartment from the end of November till May. I am currently working out of the country but work in seagrove during the winter. I would to find something kinda close to Eastearn Lake but would rent anywhere from Freeport to west side of Panama City Beach. Would like rent to be less then $1000. 1-2 bedroom. I also do not mind roommates.

Would you consider a 1 bedroom, 1 bath with small den upstairs in a free standing home near Sandestin. You would be sharing with a 43 year old young man who works from 5 am until around 7 everyday. call 850-803-2482 for info
