There are billboards outside the entrances into South Walton. Several are located just North of the 331 Bridge catching those traveling across the Choctawhatchee Bay. You can also utilize Hwy. 98 entrances. Okaloosa County is to the West and Bay County is to the East. The Houston and Dallas Texas Market, Louisianna and Mississippi areas traveling by road along I-10 would see anything from the Florida border until they head South at DeFuniak Springs on the Free road and bridge at 331 (no need to use a Toll Road touted along that same route into Okaloosa County). Georgia and Alabama tourists will use 331 through DeFuniak and 231 through Panama City. The route down 231 through Bay County and then West on Hwy 98 is mostly four lane into the Eastern section of South Walton and there are a number of billboards in Bay County. Lamar Signs has had a long standing political lobby affiliation with Bay County representatives. They used to sponsor a golf tournament for legislative staff.
