Hello! I am a previous resident of 30A and am looking to move back to the area. I am looking for a carriage house or something similar. I would like to stay under $2,000 per month but can be flexible for the right place. I am looking for a minimum of a 12 month lease term and I can be flexible on the move in date as well.
