I've got somebody looking for minimum 200 acres of land that can be subdivided into high density subdivision. Walton (fat chance), Bay or Washington counties. Feel free to spam me and will pass along. Thanks

Cork On the Ocean said:Thanks Shelly,
Do you have a particuar contact person or advise for actually interfacing with someone to make it happen? Thanks,
SHELLY said:My advice...the closer JOE gets to the time they need to report quarterly numbers, the more receptive they'll be to doing deals.
Smiling JOe said:If it is for the affordable housing, you may be going about it backwards. The County may be receptive to changing zoning if it is strickly affordable housing. This could be out of their control, but it would certainly be worth seeking. If you are looking in NoWal, outside of Freeport City Limits, you better be looking for a place where the sewer lines are being ran in order to get the high density.
