It's been five months since our last dose of SoWal beaches and we are in desperate need of some sun, sand and beautiful blue water. There are two couples who will NOT trash your rental, as we are too old to party that hard (but still young enough enjoy a nice adult beverage as the sun sets). We are looking for something gulffront, two bedrooms with at least a queen bed in each bedroom, any where on 30-A. Anyone out there have a vacancy they would like to fill?

If you are at all interested in venturing beyond SOWAL, our Panama City Beach house is still open for those dates -- we have two overlapping rentals on either end of those dates, so the days are available. You can check it out at http://www.panamabeachrentals.com/a_chance_to_relax.htm, 3 BR/2BA Gulf-front with 450 feet of vacant property next door - practically your own private beach and great sunsets for that adult beverage!
850-233-4602, or 1-800-621-2462, Counts-Oakes Resort Properties, formerly Coldwell Banker, ask for Linda Fischer and tell her the owner referred you.

Thank-you very much, Little Fish. The architect was Todd Bramuchi of Chancy Design. There are out of Tampa but have an office in Santa Rosa Beach. I can give you the number if you would like it.

But why build when my house can be yours?????

Thanks for all the suggestions. We have found a place at Beachfront Townhomes in Seagrove and are looking forward to some sun, sand and seafood.
Suma, your house is gorgeous and we'll keep in mind for trips with a larger group. (10 of us were down in November).
