Middle aged - local couple who've sold their home are looking for 12 month lease or possibly longer, starting the 5th of February 2020. We have a 10 pound pup, non-barker, and we are non-smokers. We are hoping for a 2bed/ 1 or 2 bath, unfurnished, preferably with a screened in porch , beach house or carriage house within Seagrove (or surrounding area) or north side of 98 off of East Point Washington.
