hello there. i have a 2bdrm 2bath condo on the ground floor of the village of blue mountain beach that i will be moving out of the end of this month. i am working with the landlord to try to help him find someone to rent since he has been so great to us. its brand new we are the only ones to ever live in it and it has great ammenities. we have a 24hr pool 24hr fitness room, shuffleboard courts, cabana bar that is usually open for the season from 11:00 am to 7pm or later, deeded beach access and very close also to public beach on cr83. bedrooms are good size and i think condo is around 1000 sqft. it rents for 1200.00 per month and utilities may or may not be included, he will let me know tomorrow. if you are interesed please respond or pm. thanks and happy hunting!
