I'm a looking for a rental at the end of December, a place to come back to year after year. We were there last year and have fallen in love with the place. Not to hard to do!
It will be myself and 2 teens. I would be content to sit on a porch and swing, but the kids need to be biking distance to Seaside/Watercolor so they stay out of my hair.
Looking for the typical Summer's Edge type house. 3+ bedrooms.
I may have to bring our 3-legged, 8lb Chinese Crested dog with us. Unfortunately, he has skin cancer, and may or may be with us by December (undergoing chemo now.) If he is well, we will leave him behind. We would only bring him if he was very sick, and then he wouldn't be mobile at all. I just have to allow for that flexibility.
