looking for sept rental advice

hi, We stayed in Seagrove Beach in June via Sunburst Rentals. It was "fine" but I wanted to do my due diligence this fall and see what I could find to meet our needs.
Family of 4, 1 week stay, around $1000 in the seagrove, seaside, grayton area. I have found a few options maybe with garrett or sunburst (not a fan of vrbo due to a bad experience last year). Am I missing any other services I should be looking into?

We don't rent in Seagrove but in Inlet Beach. Directly from the owner, not through a company. A nice 2 BR 2 1/2 BA townhouse fully furnished, beachfront, go off the deck, up the walkover and you are on the beach, $900 per week. Sleeps 6. We have rented this place every year for a week since 2000. Nice quiet end of the beach. It is a 4 townhouse building, one of three side by side along Walton Magnolia Ln. We love it.

The Palms (1BR/2BA) and Beachside Condos (2BR/2BA) are both Gulf Front, very conveniently located in Seagrove Beach right across from Seagrove Plaza and about 1 mile East of Seaside. The rental on either unit is very economical this time of year especially since we are now offering a 10% discount usually reserved only for repeat renters. September is a great time of year to hit the Beaches of South Walton. Check us out at Home.
