Looking for Spring Break Rental

I'm new to SoWal, but we visited this great area last Fall and loved it! Our kids want us (me and another school-teacher mom) to bring them to the beach for Spring Break.....Our poor hubbies have to work We can't afford anything too lavish and probably need 3 bedrooms. Any ideas??

The more specific you can be the better we can help. Total number of people, kids, dates needed, price range, pool or no, how far from the beach, etc.

We're out of school April 3 - 7.

There will be 2 moms with 3 kids (14, 17, 17).
We're available the nights of April 1 - 8. The number of nights will depend upon the price. We didn't really want to spend more than $1000. The kids want a pool and don't mind walking several hundred yards to the beach.
