I looked at VRBO and could only find one with a private pool that sleeps 14.

It's my understanding that very few homes in Watercolor were built with pools to begin with, so that could turn out to be the only one that fits your exact needs.

That is true that there are very few, but when we were down a few weeks ago, we looked at two that are for sale but that are not rentals at this time (They were not furnished). One of those was on Pine Needle. It had one of the largest private pools that I have ever seen around Seagrove.
