This is a lovely home. You could not purchase the lot and build it today for this price.We own a home almost across the street. We have only stayed there a couple of times. It is a wonderful, peaceful home. We have a house in Old Seagrove too , and it is much noiser there.

I was not one of the people in denial about the change in the real estate market. I saw it change last spring, but never thought it would get this bad!
