LT Rental - pet okay

We have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home available for LT rental. It has a fenced in yard, and a well-behaved pet is okay with deposit.
It is located at the west end of Panama City Beach, only 5 minutes from Rosemary Beach. The house is on the south side of U.S. Highway 98 in Riviera Beach (by Sunnyside) and is close to a beach access.
We are asking $900 a month - utilities are not included.

Do you know where Sunnyside Beach is in PCB?
If you turn onto Front Beach by Carillon Beach and the Winn Dixie, you drive about 3 miles and you'll see a sign for Riviera Beach and then a sign for Sunnyside.
It is 5 minutes from Rosemary Beach.
I'll check with my husband on square footage - but it's a nice sized home. Not tiny. Two average sized bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and a large fenced back yard.
It is available immediately.

How bout renting my house in Seagrove for me? It's just a week to week vacation thing.... but again, I say Dang!
