LTR needed in SRB/30A

Hi there,

I am seeking a LTR in the Santa Rosa Beach/30A area. Available in early to mid March. Ideally it would be a 2 to 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a yard and near the beach. I have a 5 year old son that attends Butler, so I would like to say in the same school district that he is already in. I also have two small pugs that are older and well trained. Looking for some thing in the price range of $1000-$1300. 6 month lease preferred but will consider a year.

I have a 3-4 bedroom, 3.5 bath renovated and furnished townhome on the southside of 30A. It is in a gated community of mostly local homeowners (no tourist) so traffic is minimal. Elevated about 30 feet above the beach, it has spectacular views of the water. Private access to the beach is just steps away. It is pet friendly and I would consider a 6 month lease for $1,550 per month plus utilities. A 12 month lease would be less. The unit should be available the 1st or 2nd week in March.
