does anyone have any information on Magnolia Bay on St. Andrews Bay? Does or will the airport present problems with landing over the area? thanks, ziggy

I'm not sure where my file is on Mag. Bay, but I may be able to answer some of your questions. The airport authority would have never allowed the project to be built if it interfeared with the flights.

Though just because a project doesn't interfere with the airport proper doesn't mean that you don't get quality of life issues because of airplane noise or other airport-related issues.

Magnolia Bay won't be filled with as much airplane noise as RiverCamps. JOE better start selling fast.

I was more worried about the landing and take off of airplanes and the noise related to that issue. Looks like this development may be right in their flight pattern. That's assuming the airport will stay in the same location as the current airport. Thanks for your input

The airport is being moved to an area north of West Bay.
