Job Available Maintenance: Field Support

Vacation Rental Company seeking a team player capable of completing basic maintenance work orders as assigned at company managed rental properties.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete all work orders assigned. Basic repairs to home as requested; replaces light bulbs, batteries in smoke detectors. Adjusts thermostats to maintain desired temperature. Exterior property maintenance, clean grills, patios, etc
2. Report work performed, time spent, parts used and next steps needed if necessary.
3. Responsible for keeping company vehicles clean, organized and in safe condition.
4. Safeguard all supplies, equipment and tools.

3. Eye for detail
4. Capable of taking direction while being proactive as well
5. Reliable transportation

Experience:

1. Minimum of two years' experience in maintenance preferred

Position requires weekends and holidays.
