Rosemary Beach, Northwest Florida’s premiere Gulf front community, is currently accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Technician.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Executes work order assignments and follows through if task is not able to be completed
- Perform routine monthly inspections with detailed checklist
- Repair and replace items observed during inspection
- Perform duties professionally and orderly when guests are present
Key Qualifications:
- Applicants must possess at least 2 to 5 years of general maintenance experience.
- Working knowledge of appliance repair
- Competencies in everyday plumbing and HVAC repairs
- Ability to repair doors, windows, walls, floor, ceilings, furniture, cabinetry
- Remodeling work as needed all with minimal assistance or supervision.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as well as after hour callouts
- CPO and/or EPA Certification are preferred, but not required.
