Mango! It was a pleasure meeting you:clap_1: :clap_1: We'll have to do it again sometime, with drinks with BB

.
I was waiting for you to say "what's a grit" the other morning during breakfast, but you seemed to have already aquired the taste. I didn't know what grits were till I moved down here 23 years ago.
I'm also glad to have joined you on the M&K home tour. I've always wanted to see that house! What a beautiful, strong and comfortable home they have. I'd ride out a hurricane there anytime!
ttfn,
k
Yes, we all definitely have to have drinks together next time k. :clap_1:
and the M & K home tour was definitely a highlight. I could definitely swing in a hammock all day on that top deck, although they may ask if I had grits first.
Besides almost daily funn trips to Tootsie's (a wench must be there for one of their fav wenches with esp. with temporary gimp status), other highlights of my work/play trip were:
I got to meet Gypsea, a most lovely, gracious lady. We went to Cafe 30A for dinner and we both had the macadamia nut encrusted chicken, and the apple bread pudding
Learned where Gigi's was and that if toys were alcohol, BB and I would have been highly intoxicated.

I gifted BB with a chirping magnetic bird for her desk. Of couse we had to open and test it, and it chirped everytime we made a left or right turn.
Spent time with the dargs and family. :clap_1:
Spent time with Beachmom and her hubby. :clap_1:
Ladies Luncheon where Punzy learned I like to iron.
Thanks for being a sport.
Took a tour with guide Franny to see Pt. Washington with Gypsea.
I just love all the trees, peace and natural vegetation.
Thanks Franny.
Got to meet Skunky, and yes, you're right, the Green Hit was excellent at Ceruleans. Thanks for guarding the bathroom door. I did find the lock, unlike the fella before me. lucky for him and me the potty is in the far right corner.
Got to meet John R briefly.
I got an indepth description tour of BB's new house in WS, and I can picture it all, and it will be beautiful, and I can picture the shells on that huge fireplace.
Then we walked around (my only sunny day) and went on the beach, saw dolphins, and found shells, which I do not find often.
If I ever go shelling with you and other gulls,
(a highly competitive sport, not for the faint of heart) I will be bringing my secret weapon.
and funniest lesson learned in SoWal this week, it's veeeery hard to eat soup or drink coffee with your feet.:funn:
