I can't stand the cable service, especially when I look at what they are charging each month. I would be willing to move everything, including the internet service. Thanks

Where are you? Centurylink or others may be available. As well as starlink.

Thanks. I'll check them out

Just saw your location. On the up side it's month to month with no contract. You may experience issues during tourists times.

We live north of 98. I think it varies by area, some friends tried it in Blue Mountain and it was a disaster. We have had no problems since we got it in December.

Mediacon should be required to reimburse it's customers for downtime. Why should we have to pay for something we can't use?

They absolutely will credit you the downtime, you just have to ask a customer service representative for it. That means a really long hold for literal peanuts.

I used to work in cell phones, people would call demanding a credit for the 4 hours their phone didn't work, the math is not what you think:

$59.99 per month plan / 30.25 average days in a month gives you a daily rate of $1.98 / 24 hours in a day gives you the hourly rate of $.08 per hour times the 4 hour outage gives you a refund of $.33

How much is your time worth?
