Wanted Military Family needing year lease

Hello all!
We are a military family with 4 young children who currently reside in Dune Allen and moved here in May. We’ve just been informed our rental has a new owner and will not be renewing our lease in May. We are in need of a 4/2 pet friendly year long rental on the West End because of proximity to my husband’s office. The military will not move us for an in town move, so we are hoping for a smooth transition. This will be my youngest’s 3 home before she’s even 1 so any and all leads would be greatly appreciated. It's about 2000 sqFt. Master Bed/Bath on 1st floor. 2nd BR/office and Bath on first floor.
2 bedrooms and 1 bath on 2nd floor, with landing area.
Garage, Fenced backyard. HOA gives access to playground and pool.
I'm just an individual, renting my 2nd home. Year long lease is ok. Pet is ok.
