I am asking for one more week of patients from you guys.
Ms Lisa had to go back to Tennessee due to the loss of her mother. This is the second time in 4 weeks that she has had to make that mad dash home with Christmas in the mist of it all. I ask for prayers from those of you who will, Lisa is having a rough time of it. He mother was a fine southern lady and the guiding force behind Lisa's love of cooking. We called her Gaga and from birth to our forties she treated us like her own children.
Now down to business.
Monday's Lunch Specials were prepared by Artur and we thank you guys for coming in.
Tuesday was a group effort between Artur and me, we did an alright job with the Beef Shepperd's Pie.
This is where it gets tricky. None of us know how to make Ms Lisa's Tomato soup so it has changed to Tortellini tomato soup and Grilled Cheese. I know how to do that, with a lot of help from Artur.
Thursday is going to be Chicken and Dumplings. I will stay as true to Lisa's famous ones as I can!
We plan to try the Fish again Friday. I'll let you know if there are any more changes!
