More Great Renters in search of Long Weekend

I am looking for a rental and was hoping there might be a situation available.

I need two different options:

1) Sleeps four, can be tiny, private, private or community pool, available for along weekend in June (no specific date as yet), for $1000.
2) Sleeps 10, needs to be roomy, community pool, available for a week in June, for $2000.

Can anyone refer me to a local owner?
