Thank you, thank you, thank you. I couldn't decide on this one, or the Seagrove Villas sign for my new 'tar. I chose the sign this week, but will be changing often. That hammock is calling my name SJ!!! 3 weeks and it will be occupied!I have never seen anyone in it, but it always looks so inviting.

Thanks for the pix. I love SV too. Looks like they've done a really nice job with the dune reconstruction. Was that little fence always there? I don't remember it.
Kathy, the people that own Seagrove Villas should give you a free week. You are the best advertising for them they could have. :clap_1: BTW, I want a pic of you lying in that hammock.
I wish they would d! You will have a hammock picture I promise, and hopefully it will be SJ that takes it!!![/QUOTE]
IF SJ takes the picture, it will be from behind you. Ever notice the angle at which he takes pictures of women. :funn: That SJ is a sly one.

I will make him get a full frontal! ;-)

No, the fence has not alway's been there JB. They have put it up I am sure because of the erosion of the cliff. Don't the villa's look great though? They have done a wonderful job!!!
could have waited 4 weeks to share thatI will make him get a full frontal! ;-)
I want to see ALL VIEWS
smiley j made her day and then yippie destoryed it!

Did you guys know that Seagrove Villa's has been sold? Looks like this may be the last year in business.

I can see Kathy now, strapping herself to a palm tree to prevent the bulldozers from coming in

JB, I had that exact mental picture of Kathy going on in my mind.
Yes, the property looks great. Have you ever stayed in cottage A-1? I have been trying for years to book that little unit with no success. Either way, as long as there are no storms between now and then, we will probably come down in late August for a long weekend and stay in the gulf front building.
I will, however, miss having my daily breakfast at the Wheel House. The food was, uh, not great, but so convenient, it was impossible to pass up.

Didn't the owner recently pass away, or did I just imagine that? You may very well be right about it being sold, but why would they put so much money into restoring the place if it will cease to exist in a year?
Just because it has sold doesn't necessarily mean it will be razed and replaced with a condo. The place makes money, there is no doubt about that.
