Was approached last week by two gents in a red pick-up truck, towing a large trailer loaded with pinestraw. Offered to do a portion of my yard, at $7 a bale (old-style bales....not the larger "rolls").
I've done the SAME area on an annual basis, using about 80-90 bales of pinestraw.
I gave them the OK..... They (again, just two guys) finished in about 40 minutes.....and then told me they used 255 bales, and wanted payment ($1,785.00) as such! There are other postings about these two on the internet (Muandarious Hall 2020 Reports & Reviews - ScamPulse.com). Evidently they work out of Georgia, but are doing their business in this area for now.
Lesson learned here. AVOID Mr. Muandarious Hall and his accomplice ALL COSTS..........!
