Only one crew this week and none today.
I've been on the road a dozen times over the past 2 weeks and most of the time not a single worker in sight. Occasionally there is one crew working on drainage.
FWIW I was told original completion date was October, but is now December due to rain delays.
What are they building, an airport???!!!
