A little about myself,<br>
I am 56 years old just newly married to a Niceville Boggy Boy. After 16 months working for a local companion/caregiver agency here in Niceville, I decided that I would like to work privately. Prior employment has been eight years with an agency in Marianna Florida as a live-in caregiver for three profoundly Developmentally Disabled women, a Resident Assistant for eight Developmentally Disabled men, and for the same agency a live-in House Parent at a Safe house for up to nine abused and neglected children under the age of ten. My first experiences with children beside my own son, now 30, has been in Orlando Florida where I worked in two elementary schools and two high school also an Alternative High School In Tallahassee Florida. Although I have no formal references to show you due to the fact I have never worked privately, I have 26 years of experience caring for children, disabled and elderly with Alzheimer's and Dementia. I do have a local background check available to you upon request and my CPR and First Aide certifications are still current. I would be available day or night for childcare short term or long term, vacation, overnight or date night. Long term would depend on the family, condition of the home and if the hours fit my personal lifestyle. Sitter/Companion/Caregiver for elderly can be long term, short term , sitter at a nursing home or private home or assisting in any other way when family members are unable to. My services with the elderly will be the same as a caregiver/companion agency, but for half the price they charge.I have also been a Covenant Hospice Volunteer and have been trained in the 11th Hour.
