I know of a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom, with 2 car garage in Inlet Beach for $2250 a month.
I have a 4br, 3,5 bath home in Seacrest Beach that I would consider long term rental. The home is newly built in 2006 and unfurnished. Can be furnished if needed with acceptable agreement.

Don't have a 4 BR, but have a 3 BR, 2 BA available in Seagrove. BR's have a King, Queen, twin over full bunks, and a Queen sleeper sofa. $1,300. John
