Need 4 bedroom / pool LTR

I am looking for a home with 4 or more bedrooms, pool, garage, preferably in a golf course community - Sandestin, Kelly Plantation, Regatta Bay, etc. Will sign up to a 3 year lease or lease purchase a great home.
