My first post here. We are relocating to 30A and are looking for a month-to-month LTR on 30A (from seagrove to santa rosa beach). Reason for the month-to-month is that we will be purchasing a home, most likely in watercolor, but our the home we are selling closes in early august and the house we like the most is under construction. Prefer 3 bdrm, but could do 2 if necessary. No pets, non-smokers, 1st child due in October.

I have a 3 BR 2 BA unit in Seagrove Beach, about 2 miles east of Watercolor. The complex has a pool and fishing lake and is about 400 yards to the beach. It is currently available beginning July 21. If you could commit to a longer term lease (6 + months), the rent would be $1,300/mo + utilities (cable, water and sewer are included, electric runs about $70/mo. If you want to go month to month it would be $1,400. Do you know your approximate move-in date at Watercolor? You can see pictures, etc at seagrove2402.tripod.com (no www).
