Need beachfront for 4 adults Jan 16th and 17th

I need to know if there is a short term, beach front rental available for Jan 16 and 17th. We will have 4 adults. If possible do we have any pet friendly???
Not a deal breaker if not.

You may have to pay rent plus a cleaning fee, since it would be less than a three-night rental.
