we rent a couple places in cassine gardens. we have so much overflow and they are asking if we can pass them on to someone else in cassine or nearby. most of their budgets are $900 to $1300 or so. we charge %10 and do all the booking, etc. we also have a cleaning person there onsite to clean and to go over, introduce themselves, etc. that way the tenants know someone is nearby watching! we're much cheaper than rental agencies!!! and more reliable

i actually live THERE Most of the year. so your common accusations that my rudeness is b/c i am from up north is unfounded. sorry. i just don't like people skulking around these posts trying to stir up things.
