Need help from a local to Pinpoint "Grayton Tradition" (Washaway) on a map

Would love some help from a local. I have rented a property in July in Grayton Beach called "A Grayton Tradition" (formerly called "The Washaway"). Here are some links:

According to the agency the address is 10 Hotz Avenue but the pinpoint in Google maps puts that location farther away from the beach than I was expecting. I thought this property was right next to the beach, with no houses between it and the beach. I was hoping a local who lives there could pinpoint the exact house. I have attached a screenshot of google maps of the neighborhood and and marked 5 houses with the letters A - F. I think "Washaway" is House B, but want confirmation. I also assume C and D are the same house but am not sure (they sure are touching each other inappropriately if they are not together). Anyway, will someone look at my screenshot and tell me which house is Washaway"?

It is F. A rustic old beauty which is the favorite of many. It has history, tradition and character, but not every board is tight. The best porches in Grayton Beach but not necessarily the best view.
