Need Help - Vacation changed to 7/31 - 8/6, affordable condo/house 4 adults-2 kids

Our vacation week has changed to July 31 thru Aug 6-7th.

Seeking affordable house, townhouse or condo near beach, will have young children to cross streets, so need safe access to beaches, safe on 30-A or right off beach.
Will be 4 adults and 2 children.

Prefer 30A area beaches with chair/umbrellas
