Need Insurance company recommendation for rental

I'm going to be renting my home out this year and i'm comparing quotes. Please give me some ideas on some insurance co's people use who do rent there home out. my agent is telling me many co's won't write homeowners on homes that are short term rentals which i know is bunk as 80% of the panhandle are rentals. please some co's and agents who write them. thanks
