Need kid friendly rental sometime ~ August 3-12

This will be our first time staying in S. Walton along 30-A with children. I am not familiar with rentals that allow children, and I would appreciate some suggestions. We have stayed at Seagrove where its much quieter, and I would like to be able to remain in that area if possible.
I would appreciate it if you would make rental suggestions for that area, it can be condo, house, etc.
We would be staying sometime around August 3 thru 12,
The exact date/days depends on what rentals are available.

We have a 3 bedroom, two bath family friendly cottage with large porch and pool at the Cottages at Camp Creek at Seacrest Beach available August 6 - 12. The community is very open to children. We have a 4 bedroom condo in Seacrest Beach which is on the 12,000 sq ft pool. The condo is beautiful and the area is very children friendly.
