My girlfriends family takes their vacation here every year. The house they stayed in raised their price $2,000 for the week, so needless to say they are not staying there this year.

Here are their request, but still PM me if you think you have a close match.

5 Bedroom
4-5 bath
Pool
Prefer 30-a area...but Destin is an option
Close to Gulf
Pet friendly...the most important of all. One old trained dog only(grandparents can't leave their dog for more than 5 minutes)

Did they raise the price to $2000 per week or added $2000 to the price? I personally think $2000 a week is not a bad price for a 5 bedroom, pool, etc. However, I guess it depends on the location.

Sounds as if a long-time owner sold it and the new owner is trying to cashflow the property...good luck with that :roll: That bump-up in taxes smarts!

In Watersound. Good gulf views. 4,000 sq. ft. 4 bedrooms and a loft. 4 baths. No private pool but a three minute walk to a community pool. Don't normally allow pets but an older well-trained dog would probably be fine.
