Need suggestions - Grayton/Blue Mtn. rental - summer 2008

Hi everyone...
We are looking for suggestions for a beachfront (or close - with grayt views) home or condo to rent next summer for a week. We'd like to be in Grayton, Blue Mountain or Dune Allen. We need 3-4 bedrooms and would prefer to have a private pool (if it's a house).

Does anyone have any suggestions of good (but not exorbitantly priced) places?

I would suggest that you look at Adagio at Blue mtn. Beach.Large very nice condos 3&4 bdrms.I believe the gulf front units are all 4 bdrms.Two pools one gulf front infinity.Waterfall pool with fountain, nice comfy pool furniture and lot's of palm trees and umbrellas.We booked this past spring for '08 spring.

We stayed next to the Adagio the week of the Fourth last year. It looked like a tent city on the beach. Very nice facility though. If we are opting for that we'll just stick with where we stayed last year.

I think we are looking for something with a beach that's a bit more toddler friendly.

The place we stayed last time had problems with the beach chair service (or lack of service) and renters leaving their campsites up on the beach all night.

If you are willing to move a bit further east, I have a 4 BDR condo in a small 5-unit complex in Seagrove Beach that is very family friendly and not nearly as crowded as the Adagio area. It is on a section of the beach next to similar small complexes and has a pool that only the 5 units, only three of which rent, share. Have a look at http://www.vrbo.com/43365.
