Anyone know what development is going in off of E. Pinewood in Inlet Beach, I know Martelle homes are building on a parcel on the next street over, Walton palm but the other one looks even bigger???
Twin Palms is 25 lots between N. Wall and N. Orange.
Nautilus Pointe is 32 lots between N. Orange and N. Walton Lakeshore.
There is more going on in the area but no other large development permits applied for on the map link below. You may be seeing Nautilus Pointe or preliminary clearing of a future project.
