The Haunting in Connecticut movie out this weekend!
My son and I went to the movies today and saw The Haunting in Connecticut that opened yesterday. It was a great movie. For anyone out there that likes ghost type shows and movies I highly recommend it. The reviews in our GoMemphis.com paper that comes out in the Friday newspaper gave it only 2 stars but it is better than that. The online reviews gave it an A- my son said. It is based on a true story.
After seeing the movie I decided I'd come back home and look on Amazon for a copy of the book for myself and my son, well, I found only two copies, and one cost $262 and the other $354. Are these people crazy? And then I checked Ebay. There were two copies available on there, one for $112, one bid, and the other Buy It Now for $150. They are not worth that much to me. Those prices are a ripoff if I've ever seen one.
