Won't the sign alert people to the businesses? We are a bit different in some respects when it comes to out of sight, out of mind. For example, look at Fire restaurant. They seem to be filled. The key is to provide great service and product, and people will talk, and more will come. That is better than any other marketing plan.
By the way, those other businesses pulled out because they either didn't do their due diligence when it comes to running a business, or they were too blind to see the numbers. I don't care who you are, it is more than difficult to sell enough coffee and sandwiches in a seasonal small town, to pay the note on a million dollars, plus, you have to pay for overhead expenses, labor, and raw goods. Those businesses failed because of poor planning and refusal to do, or accept, the math.
By the way, H20 pulled out because of a bigger problem, which had nothing to do with their location at that particular branch.

You don't know the words prune and trim either. Ask the businesses at Redfish Village who lost hundres of thousands of dollars what they asked for and nothing was done to help with a little visibility!!!
