Wow... you beat me to the punch! Thanks for the plug. You did a FANTASTIC job capturing the very best features of our unit and I am sure this will drive future sales.
For all interested, here is some information regarding the property:
The Palazzo is the newest building in PCB. It's located just west of 79, and is within 1 mile of Pier Park. Parking is located beneath the building so there are no roads to cross. The design of the building is quite unique and the architect used a post-tension concrete structure to allow for large windows on either side of the building. Most condos do not have this feature.
The pool deck is located on the Lobby level and is elevated from the beach due to the garage structure beneath. An elevated pool is quite nice in hot weather as cool breezes make the temperature a little more bearable. The fitness center is located on the 2nd floor, overlooking the pool and beach.
Speaking of the beach... the building sits on 220 ft of gulf frontage; however, there is a large vacant lot to the west of the building, which means the beach is much larger and much more private. For these reasons, I doubt you will ever see the beach overcrowded.
The interior of our unit is very unique as you will note from Kurt's webpage. This is not your typical box-style condo unit. There are views of the beach from nearly everywhere inside the unit. Additionally, we have decorated the unit with everything you would expect to find in a luxury vacation rental. Each bedroom has a high def TV and DVD player. The main living area has a 46" high def TV, entertainment sytem, and XBox 360. Additionally, we offer wireless high speed internet access.
